The weather was glorious for our ten-day vacation, and we appreciated the pool on the hot days. Such a gorgeous location and the evenings sat outside drinking delicious wine and eating fresh bread and cheeses was just what we needed.
The house was spotless and welcomely cool inside during the midday sun and we would highly recommend staying here as a base to explore the wider area or to hideaway for a few days and relax. Thank you Dave and Kate for the wonderful experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here and being as we are both antipodean, it was nice to see wildlife that had no intention of stinging, biting or killing us!
Loved the wine and the food and the tranquillity of the whole surround made this a really memorable holiday - thank you very much!

Hello!
We loved visiting the restaurants and cafe's in Montignac and the location was perfect for the long walks and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle that normally dominates our lives.
Armed with our trusty phrase book we didn't do too badly and we came back with wonderful memories and a desire to go to Bordeaux and tour the vineyards.
A beautiful part of France and a lovely place to base yourself for exploring the region.
